What the firm does
Wallace CPA prepares individual and business tax returns and plans ahead for the next ones. When the IRS sends a notice, or returns have gone unfiled, the firm reviews the situation and explains the options. For small businesses it keeps the books, runs payroll, sets up and cleans up QuickBooks, and helps with planning, financing and new business formation. It also does audits, reviews and compilations, forensic accounting and accounting for non-profit organizations.
