# Website privacy policy

What this website collects, how it is used, and how to reach the firm about it.

## What you send us

When you send the message form, call or email, we receive the details you give us: for example your name, email, phone number, the service you ask about and your message. We use them only to answer you. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

The message form sends your details to the firm by email. Please do not put Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents in the form. Clients send documents through the [client portal](https://wallacecpa.multisites.ai/client-portal) or [Send a file](https://wallacecpa.multisites.ai/send-a-file).

## The client portal

The client portal and SecureSend run on the website of the firm's portal provider, securefirmportal.com, under that provider's own terms. This website only links to them.

## Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will say so.

## Clients
